How selection works

Graduate-entry MD: GAMSAT (Nov-Mar), then GEMSAS application (Apr-May), then GUMSAA interview invitation based on a 50/50 rank of unweighted GPA and overall GAMSAT score, then GUMSAA interview (September); offer ranks are calculated 50:50 on interview score and interview selection rank. Provisional-entry BMedSci: ATAR (with optional UCAT ANZ as second-order differentiator), then offer, then guaranteed MD admission on BMedSci GPA of 5.5+, without GAMSAT or GUMSAA.
