Minimum 15 full courses or 30 half courses (or a combination) of undergraduate university coursework by May of the year of entry; no full course load requirement; CEGEP graduates need 2 additional years (10 full / 20 half courses); a baccalaureate completed in under 3 years by the application deadline also qualifies.

MCAT: CARS onlyWritten no more than 5 years before the application year (2021 or later for this cycle) and before the application deadline; most recent attempt used.Only CARS is considered, with a published minimum of 123, and FIAP-approved Indigenous applicants may submit CARS up to the offer date.

How selection works

Formula 1 ranks applicants on GPA (32%), MCAT CARS (32%) and Casper (32%), plus up to 4% for a conferred graduate degree (master's +0.01, PhD +0.04), to invite about 570 to a virtual MMI; Formula 2 (MMI 70%, GPA 15%, CARS 15%) decides advancement to file review and offers, which are made from a master rank list regardless of campus preference before campuses are assigned by preference and, if needed, a rank-weighted lottery.
