Casper

Required (English)

Also required

Early-phase MMI (asynchronous, Acuity Insights; about 1 hour 15 minutes, 8 stations plus a rest station; October 16, 18 or 19, 2026) · Autobiographical Sketch (top 3 in Employment, Volunteer, Extracurricular) · 3 Confidential Assessment Forms (in English) · Virtual panel interview · Pathway-specific essays/documents · TOEFL iBT 100 if the applicant's first languages do not include English (waiver possible after 1 full year at an English-language university)

How selection works

Applicants who meet the GPA (3.0), MCAT (500 total, 125 per section) and undisclosed Casper thresholds and complete the asynchronous early-phase MMI enter the Qualified Applicant Randomization Selection (QARS): a random draw with no weighting that picks who gets an internal Queen's evaluation of their MMI, with 90% of spots for Ontario residents and a separate 8% SAAP draw, so scores above the thresholds do not improve the odds at this step. Those drawn may sit a secondary virtual MMI in January, then go to file review and a virtual synchronous panel interview, after which the Admissions Committee ranks applicants and makes offers.
