After initial screening (completeness, degree, GPA, pathway eligibility), applicants take an online asynchronous assessment on Kira Talent (6 timed video and written questions); a shortlist goes to comprehensive file review, a further shortlist is invited to a virtual 6-station MMI (a virtual Talking Circle for the Indigenous pathway), and applicants are ranked on a composite score across all rounds. A connection to Brampton/Peel Region is considered but not required.
