Degree

6-year MBChB; entry is to a First Year category (via Bachelor of Health Sciences or Bachelor of Science Biomedical Science) or a Graduate entry category for bachelor's-degree holders.

Prerequisites

First Year route: BIOSCI 107, CHEM 190 (or CHEM 110), POPLHLTH 111, MEDSCI 142 completed at University of Auckland in the First Year category
Graduate route: a relevant degree including courses equivalent to CHEM 190, BIOSCI 107, MEDSCI 142 and POPLHLTH 111

GPA

Minimum GPA/GPE of 6.0 from a relevant NZ (domestic) or recognised overseas (international) bachelor's/postgraduate qualification, completed within 5 years of application (Graduate entry); minimum GPA 6.0 across the four core First Year courses, no fails (First Year entry, 2027 entry).

MCAT
