How selection works

Academic screening plus UCAT (total score and Situational Judgement Test band, weighted) produce an overall assessment score; the top-scoring ~800 applicants are invited to an assessment half-day, run as a series of short interviews (MMI-style), either at Edinburgh Medical School or online. Those with a Scottish and RUK/RoI fee rate are required to attend in person; international applicants may attend online.
