How selection works

Accepts out-of-state applicants; no formal in-state preference stated. 'The admissions committee makes an effort to admit a diversified class of medical students, with about half of it's incoming students being from both in-state and out-of-state.' Out-of-state students can apply for Ohio residency after their first year; reduced out-of-state surcharge for third- and fourth-year students. Entering class of 2026: 56% Ohio residents, 44% non-residents.
