  • Biology: three courses, one with laboratory
  • Biochemistry: one course (should have organic chemistry prerequisite; does not count toward Biology)
  • Social & Behavioral Science (Psychology or Sociology): one course
  • All prerequisites from a U.S. regionally accredited institution, grade C- or higher, completed less than 10 years before application; no AP/CLEP/pass-fail (except listed COVID semesters); online accepted
  • Conferred bachelor's degree from U.S. regionally accredited institution by matriculation
